Spring and Summer Rates (April 14th to Columbus Day 2017)
Daily: $50 (Site Only), $55 (WE), $60 (WES)
Weekly: $300 (SO), $330 (WE), $360 (WES)
Monthly: $700 (SO), $700 + electric (WE), $800 + electric (WES)
Seasonal (See below): $2625 (SO), $2825* (WE), $2900* (WES)

Holiday (3 Nights): $165 (SO), $185 (WE), $205 (WES)

Cabin Rentals:
Friday & Saturday Nights: $85 - $95 each (includes electric)
Weekly: $500 - $575 + electric
Holiday (3 Nights): $305
Week Day Special: $70 - $80 (Sunday 4 PM to Friday 2 PM)
 
Cabins include one double bed, either one or two sets of bunk beds, and a small refrigerator.  Water is available on the site, along with a fireplace and picnic table.  Restrooms are nearby.

Seasonal Information:
The "summer season" begins on April 14, 2017 and ends on October 9, 2017.
A $400 non-refundable deposit is required by September 2017 to confirm a seasonal site for next year.
Winter storage is $319.05 (including all taxes) and must be paid in advance before the close of the summer season
All seasonal sites must be paid in full and a contract signed by April 14, 2017
Payment schedule:
$400 by October 31, 2016
$400 by December 31, 2016
$400 by March 1, 2017
Final payment by May 1, 2017
All overdue accounts will be charged a 1.5% monthly interest rate

Other Information
Use of electric requires a $50 deposit
Use of cable T.V. requires either a seasonal fee of $150, $60 monthly, or $5 per day
Your campsite consists of one trailer or tent.  The site also includes two adults and their unmarried children.
If your vehicle does not fit on your site, it must be parked in the lot provided.  No vehicles are to be parked on the grass.
There is no extra charge for one screen house or shed approved by the office (Sheds can be no larger than 8' X 10' by 6' high).  Decks must be in 4' X 8' sections or smaller.
No firewood is to be brought onto the campground property from outside at any time.
Prior approval must be obtained from the office before obtaining new items, digging on your site, or driving stakes into the ground.  This includes decks, sheds, golf carts, trailers, lawn ornaments, flower boxes, etc.  Adding rocks, pebbles, and/or stone to the site is not permitted.
Additional family member (adult): $100 per season per person.
All seasonal guests must register at the office each time they visit and park in provided parking area. The guest fee is $100 per season.
Our security gate will be in operation at all times. Passes will be issued at the beginning of the season -- $10 deposit.
Washers and dryers are not allowed.
All golf carts must be registered with the office -- $50 fee.
Pump-outs are available -- $20 fee ($30 for emergencies).
Departing from the campground voluntarily/involuntarily at any time prior to the end of the season will result in termination of the seasonal rate and will revert the site rate back to the current monthly/weekly rate.
Trailers are not to be sold during the season.  If you do choose to sell your trailer, it must be removed from the campground property along with any decks, sheds, etc.  No refunds!

Cancellation Policy:

Reservations are confirmed only when a deposit is received or a valid credit card number is provided.  Cancellations must be made prior to one week before the reserved arrival date.  A $20 bookkeeping fee will be applied.  Cancellations made within one week of the reservation date will be subject to a fee equal to the full amount of the reservation.

This property is privately owned and the management reserves the right to refuse services to any person or group of persons.  The campground is not responsible for injury -- accidental or otherwise -- to campers or guests of campers.  The campground can in no way be held responsible for loss of cash or other valuables.
